How WrapBoard works for wrap shops

Click “I run a wrap shop” on the homepage. Fill in your shop name, email, and a password. Takes about a minute.

You land on plan selection: Starter $49.99/mo (5 job posts), Pro $99.99/mo (25), or Unlimited $199.99/mo. Annual saves two months. Checkout is by card through Stripe — the same card then funds your design jobs.

Dashboard → “+ Post a design job.” Choose the service (full wrap, half wrap, logo, etc. — each has a fair minimum budget), describe the job, attach vehicle photos and any logos, and enter your client's contact info so the designer can reach them directly.

When you post, your card is charged the design budget and WrapBoard holds it in escrow. It's refunded in full if you cancel before delivery. Tip: collect this from your client up front as their design deposit.

WrapBoard invites the best-fit designers first (specialty, rating, capacity) — they get a 1-hour head start, then the job opens to all vetted designers. Most jobs are claimed fast.

Concepts, phone calls, revision rounds — the designer works with your client directly and proofs them with their own watermarked previews. You stay out of the revision loop entirely.

The designer uploads a watermarked proof to the job as your record. Check it, then click “Approve & send to production” when your client has signed off.

Approval releases the escrow to the designer and unlocks the Production files section — clean, print-ready files you download and send straight to your printer.
