We review every application for US location and genuine wrap/large-format experience, usually within one business day. You can browse the board while you wait.
Add a photo, your specialties, preferred software, and portfolio images (Profile page). Set your included revision rounds — shops see all of it when choosing designers.
Payouts page → “Connect payout account.” Stripe collects your identity and bank details directly (WrapBoard never sees them) and handles your 1099s. Required before you can claim.
Every job shows the budget already paid into escrow before you lift a pen. Matched invites give best-fit designers first claim for an hour — deliver well and the steady work finds you. Your claim limit starts at 1 and grows with every paid job.
The brief includes the end client's contact info. Concepts, calls, and revisions are yours to run — proof the client with your own watermarked previews, your way.
Each time the client requests a round, hit “Log revision round” on the job — it keeps a visible count against your included rounds and restarts the protection clock.
Upload a proof to the job (auto-watermarked — it's the shop's record, not production art) and click “Mark delivered.”
When the shop approves for production, the escrow releases — you're paid by bank transfer within 7 days — and you upload the clean production files.
Your protections & your ladder
- Escrow before you start: the money exists before the job is claimable. No speculative work, ever.
- The ghost clause: if everyone goes silent for 14 days after you deliver — through no fault of yours — WrapBoard force-approves the job and pays you anyway.
- Your work is yours until you're paid: watermarked proofs may not be used for production; rights transfer only when the payout releases. You keep portfolio rights forever.
- Level up: commission drops as you complete paid jobs — Rookie (0+) → Pro (5+) → Elite (15+) → Master (30+), never below 10% — and your claim limit rises +1 with every paid job.
- It's free: no membership fee for designers. WrapBoard earns its commission only when you get paid.
